My Copper Bleu (Lakeville, MN) experience
We ended up going to Copper Bleu for my b-day out of convenience. I will give it a solid B-, which is respectable. We started with the green beans, which were one of the 2 highlights, and I am dying to find a recipe for a spicy... (2 replies, last updated by AliceS September 13, 2006)

Apple Valley, MN - seek recs
As a resident of that area, I would most appreciate gift certificates to the new Copper Bleu in Lakeville (very close to downtown Apple Valley) or Jensen’s in nearby Eagan, as mentioned in the other post. If these are... (7 replies, last updated by Clifford March 19, 2006)

MSP (south of the river) breakfast
is the Buckboard Restaurant (8455 210th St West), a Mom and Pop restaurant run by some very nice people. For Sunday brunch, I guess the best around here is Copper Bleu on Cedar Avenue at Dodd Road in Lakeville. It’s not... (4 replies, last updated by profmacdaddy September 24, 2007)

Columbia Mo - what's new, what's good?
You are probably referring to Rome next to Booches and Bleu next to the Tiger Hotel. I had dinner at Rome and wasn’t impressed. Large portions, pedestrian food geared toward the dorm crowd. Had lunch at Bleu and was... (3 replies, last updated by Dennis S November 4, 2008)

Very Good Gelato in Apple Valley, MN?!? - MSP
Yes! At a new place called Luxury Sweets. This is one of those places that probably isn’t going to lure people to drive from one of the downtowns (a la Copper Bleu, Satay 2 Go, Perron’s Sul Lago), but if you’re... (1 reply, last updated by The Dairy Queen November 15, 2006)

We’re passing through. Have eaten at a golf club close to the interstate and it was very good. Nice wine list and fresh ingredients in simple food. Any other suggestions? (2 replies, last updated by trudietootie May 29, 2008)

Good, cheaps eats in the Keewenaw
Harbor Haus in Copper Harbor is better than it has any right to be. German cuisine with good fish, as you might expect. Since the closing of the Deutschen Eck in Frankenmuth, it’s arguably the best German restaurant in the... (2 replies, last updated by chazmo July 21, 2008)

Where must I go in STL? Soon?
We don’t get out much. Of South County, anyway. For dinner. So I like to explore for lunch. With the closing of 40 almost on us, I (in spite of my trying to be a good citizen and do otherwise) will likely go into the city... (5 replies, last updated by alan December 7, 2007)

Sioux Falls ..where to eat
was always a favorite. I believe the Sioux Falls location was the 2nd or 3rd to open in the chain and the beer is pretty fair and the food good. Their bleu cheese burger is outstanding. (8 replies, last updated by pollymerase March 3, 2008)
