Amai Tea House any good?
How is this place? I’m more interested in their pastries than the teas, unless they have a good green tea latte. (0 replies, last updated by KiwiGirl625 March 20, 2008)

Coffee or tea shop near Union Square
Amai Tea and Bake House has great tea cookies and pastries baked in house. And you can sit and linger for a while, too. It’s easier to get a seat there than at 71 Irving, Joe, or Grey Dog, but I like all of those too. (23 replies, last updated by Sommelier00 August 5, 2009)

Tea or Coffee on a Sunday
Jack’s on West 10th is tiny, though. Hard to find a place to sit! Maybe one of the Joe’s coffee locations? Those are slightly bigger. I might also try: Soy Luck Club, Amai Tea House, Caffe Emilia, Think Coffee. (14 replies, last updated by richmondsister November 15, 2007)
